(honestly, it's not that long, and it's important)

1) What is this site about? TOM LEYKIS. I record his show each day and stream (or you can download) the show! Now you can listen to the Tom Leykis show whenever you please!

2) Please no one sue me! I'm just some guy trying to spread the word of the professor to all men and women of the world. I don't wish to make a profit by doing this. My only goal is the betterment of man and woman, by teaching them the TRUTH, and in the process, hopefully getting laid. Although Tom has previously stated he doesn't care if people record/rebroadcast his show, if at some point, Westwood One, Infinity Broadcasting, or whatever other entity which owns/operates the Tom Leykis Show wants this page removed, I will quickly comply. At one point, I was charging a mandatory access fee, but was quickly advised against doing so, and now once again, the recordings are here for free. The bottom line is: I am not looking for any legal issues.

3) I want to thank the makers of Replay-Radio for making this all possible. They (at least some of them) are fans of the Tom Leykis show; and got me this wonderful application which allows me to record the show! Also, I wanted to thank the makers of the Andromeda Streaming Jukebox script which is what I'm using to stream the show to all of you!

4) I do not plan to keep these recordings indefinitely. I have a very limited amount of storage on the web server. I plan to keep a few weeks worth of the show online, plus some other stuff such as special highlights, and that's about it. Don't ask me for some recording from 3 years ago, I won't have it. If you plan to download the files for your own listening, maybe consider sharing on some P2P service to help ease the burden on my part here.

5) DON'T BITCH TO ME ABOUT QUALITY. I record the show in LOW QUALITY to make file sizes manageable. Even then, it's still a lot, especially if you are on a 56k modem. If I wanted to raise quality, it would be about 30MB/hour, which would pretty much make it impossible to stream. This is goddamn talk radio, not the philharmonic orchestra, a little static and what not won't kill you.

6) Please also don't bitch to me about reliability. I always try to do my best and record each day, BUT there may be hours, or even days that I do not record the show (power outages, laziness, other issues). I make NO guarantee that 100% of the show will be made available for download. In addition, some hours may have commercials edited out for you, while others do not. It just depends on if I feel like doing the extra work or not, don't complain- if you do not like how I run my site, don't use it.

7) DOWNLOAD EACH HOUR ONLY ONCE. Any IP address that I see using excessive bandwidth is going to get their fucking ass BANNED permanently. As a general rule, about 30MB per day (or 6 different hours) is a good limit. From time to time this site gets overloaded and will not function. So if the pages do not display, don't email me about it, I probably already know. Please be patient and try again in a few hours when there is less usage.

8) THIS SITE IS RUN ENTIRELY ON YOUR DONATIONS. SO, DONATE MONEY. It's not required, but hey guess what, without your wonderful contributions, this site will not last, I simply can't afford the amount of money required to operate this site from my own pocket, I barely have enough to buy food. Basically, the costs to me are extremely high; I have lot's of people downloading the show and my hosting provider wants to kill me as it is. If I am late for payment, they would not hesitate to shut the site down.

I don't care if you want to donate $10, or $50, or even Canadian money (no pesos, please), whatever you can contribute helps me out a lot. Don't use PayPal? Although I think you SHOULD cause its so simple, fast and safe, email me for other donation options.

9) Other than being one of the many sons he never had, I am in no way affiliated with the Tom Leykis Show, Westwood One, or Infinity Broadcasting.
